A passion for customer service, a drive to excellence and a keen attention to every detail, this role will be filled by a person who excels working as part of a team prospecting and closing sales. Strong computer skills are required, in addition to sales experience and customer service. This position will have some direct customer interaction, most of the contact will be via phone and email, supporting Corporate Sales. Previous successful experience is critical in this pivotal role.
The ideal candidate will be sales oriented, and will be confident and assertive in attaining the sale. You must be a quick thinker and must be able to fulfill customer needs while achieving and exceeding departments sales targets. You must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task and provide excellent follow through as providing excellent service is very important. You must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
